1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise accessing any service offered by daka99, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing daka99 voluntarily and for personal, recreational purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You are not excluded from gambling by any self-exclusion programme, court order, or legal restriction.

daka99 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via the email address on their account.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account with daka99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

Failure to provide such documents within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your daka99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time authentication codes. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any other person.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify daka99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

daka99 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on daka99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed in real time. Funds will appear in your daka99 account balance within seconds of the transfer being confirmed by the payment provider.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the daka99 support team.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Requests submitted outside business hours may take longer to complete.
• daka99 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own service charges, for which daka99 accepts no responsibility.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in your own name. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• daka99 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above a certain threshold. During such checks, the relevant funds may be temporarily held pending completion of the review.
• Deposits made using funds that are the proceeds of illegal activity will be refused. Any accounts found to be involved in money laundering or financial fraud will be permanently closed and relevant information shared with the appropriate authorities.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

daka99 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have fully verified their account, including identity and payment method verification.
• Each bonus offer is subject to its own specific wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and time limits, which will be stated clearly at the point of offer.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except through legitimate wagering as described in the specific bonus terms.

6 Betting Rules and Game Play

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on daka99 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, game providers, or daka99 employees for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any such vulnerabilities discovered must be reported immediately to [email protected] and must not be exploited further.
• Placing bets with the intent to launder money or conceal the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other point of interaction with daka99.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction through your payment provider after receiving the corresponding credit in your daka99 account balance.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.
• Using the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, daka99 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from unauthorised account access where the account holder has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the daka99 platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
• Any technical failure, network outage, or service interruption beyond daka99's reasonable control, including failures attributable to third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or sports data that is caused by a feed or data provider error, provided daka99 takes reasonable steps to correct the error once identified.
• Any gambling losses incurred by players who use the platform in violation of these Terms & Conditions or in breach of applicable local laws.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

12 Account Closure and Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time under the following conditions:

Before the account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed to the payment method on file. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

14 Governing Law

By using this platform, you agree that any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints process described in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

15 Amendments to These Terms
